Since opening our doors in 2009, we've gone from a Fresh face in the local area
to a Fresh favourite. Our enthusiasm, experience & dedication combined with effective
systems and regular professional development has made us Noosa's choice for Property Management.

In 2019 we have introduced a new Sales Department as a natural progression in the growth of Fresh Rentals and consequently our name change to Fresh Property Noosa. Many of our owners have asked for assistance with the Sale of their property, and with us having a relationship with both owners and tenants, this has made the selling process simpler.

We won’t just sell you our service, we’ll hand deliver it too.

Fresh Property Noosa is locally owned and operated by Duncan & Georgann McEwan with the assistance of Kathy Campbell, the Admin/Office Manager. Kristine Lord is our Property Manager. We've accumulated many years experience between us and can offer a fresh perspective, as our office is made up of both investors and tenants. We are 100% committed to providing a level of service otherwise unavailable in the Noosa area.

Also, being an 'Accredited Office' of REIQ, (the Real Estate Institute of Queensland) we are well on top of things.
